Club tent set-up:	8:00am to 5:00pm
Officials Meeting:	4:00pm at the official’s pavillion
Coaches Meeting:	5:00pm at the official’s pavillion
HCRA Merchandise Booth sales / Online pick up:	1:00pm to 4:00pm (pending availability)
Schedule Saturday, August 3^rd:
Opening Ceremony:	7:15am
Yellow flag for the official race start:	7:55am!
HCRA Merchandise Booth sales / Online pick up:	8:00am onwards (pending availability).
